Our Management team is experienced and professional. We focus on the individual needs of each resident and work as a team to provide them a safe, caring, joyful life. We empower our staff to be successful at the care they provide.

Melanie Felton, owner of Life Balance Personal Care Home & Life Balance Home Care, holds a degree in Physical Therapy from Howard University and comes from a long line of medical professionals. Her 20 plus years experience includes owner/manager of an In- Home Care Service for Seniors, physical therapy home care, home care client relations and healthcare marketing. She operates her businesses with compassion, care and professionalism. Melanie states "I realized I wanted to fill a void I recognized when both my parents, required an assisted living facility. I want you to feel secure that our family and staff are devoted to providing a home where your loved ones will feel right at home". As the owner, Melanie will always communicate with the clinicians who directly care for the residents. She is passionate about caring for seniors and helping families balance the care their loved ones require. With devotion, compassion & commitment, she wants to give the residents an opportunity to"Love the way they live". She is responsible for staff training, staff development & marketing for the facility. Melanie will build and maintain relationships with our residents, families and medical team. 
 
Nile Felton is the administrator for Life Balance Personal Care Home. Although new to the role, he holds a Bachelor of  Business Administration Degree in Managerial Sciences from Georgia State University. His responsibilities includes day-to-day administrative operations.
 
Del Warren is our on-site manager. She will coordinate our daily schedule, activities and meal preparation for our residents. She is a dedicated & passionate Certified Nursing Assistant with over 10 years of experience. Del is a friendly person who always puts our residents first. She interacts & communicates well with family, staff, and other healthcare professionals.

Jazz Felton is our IT Specialist and Housing Assistant. He’s a Graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree. His responsibilities include maintaining our website, housing operations and facility transportation.

Veronica Brundage serves as a Business Consultant of Life Balance Personal Care Home, who was instrumental in developing our initial policies and procedures. She has 20 plus years of experience in Human Resources, Operations and Training. Her duties will be to maintain updates to our Policies and Procedures, conduct ongoing training and New Hire Orientation. She will also provide back up administrative and operations support as needed.

Special acknowledgments: I want to express my gratitude to my husband Dennis, daughter Krystel and childhood friend Michelle Clopton for their advice, support and guidance. Also a special thanks to Marc Michael and Kennedy Benjamin.
